5 Things That Are Killing You

1. Procrastination

So what are the solutions?

1. Procrastination can be solved largely by having a clear purpose that you're emotionally involved in.

Create deadlines.

Attaching consequences to inaction will also help if you really struggle with it. Make failure to act hurt.
2. Negative self talk

If you can't catch yourself thinking negatively then you lack awareness of your thoughts and should begin meditating 10 mins/day.

As your awareness grows use a journal to write what kinds of things you're thinking, and install better thoughts. Repetition.
3. Excessive Entertainment

This also becomes less of a problem with definiteness of purpose.

But there's more you can do.

Look into dopamine detoxes.

You can trick your brain into LOVING less stimulating tasks again, even if you've been really addicted to entertainment.
4. Lack of Belief

Realize that you're a human being of infinite potential.

If someone else has been able to accomplish great things, so can you.

A great life doesn't require any particular smarts or talent.

Just learn from great people & apply their lessons.
5. FEAR

Common ones are fear of failure, fear of other's opinions.

Failure is part of the process of succeeding. School taught you to hate it. Unlearn that. You MUST fail to succeed.

Other people's opinions don't matter if they aren't paying your bills. Stop giving a fuck.
