Dear Black America:

This is going to hurt my soul, but we need to have a conversation..

It's going to be a thread so if you are going to like tweets or retweet or want to comment, then I please ask for patience for a response...but if I don't say anything, nobody will.....
Listen, I'm going to start with "personal responsibility"

Inner city youth, don't let people in the "hood" hold you down, & to the hoods everywhere, I need you all to stop the bullshit🤦🏿‍♂️ listen, I know 2 parent homes sound foregin to us but we have to be smarter in today's world
You guys can't be out here beefing over money & women or what you do or don't have. These times require more from us as far as coming together & I'm simply talking about minority youth,

Trust me I know what it's like to go to the burbs & see availability, then the hood a desert
I understand that it's more McDonald's in a 10 mile radius than it is a playground,

I understand that, while the burbs got karate clubs, actual soccer teams in schools & healthy food markets to go along with the fast food, our choice of "fresh" is subway or a salad from Wendy's
But what we don't get to do is:

Kill our own,

Tear down our own,

King's killing kings & Queens killing Queens,

Not look after each other's babies,

Not support each other's business,

& Not help lift eachother...

These are the rules to the young black America with families
Even in all the slight we've taken as a race, we can't drown eachother out, we can't stop eachother grind & attempts at this American dream thing (whatever that is)...

We can't harm & block one another, we can't embarrass eachother for the sake of the entertainment of the masses
Because conservatives are right when they say a few things about how we harm eachother & decisions blacks make that put them in positions not to succeed & that stuff adds to the hardships of black America...

Let's be real black America, it's truth to that🤷🏿‍♂️☹️😔
But while they are right in some cases with those things, they say them without context at all, and from a party that hates when things are painted in a "broad brush" way, those statements to describe blacks to their audience is doing exactly that & it's not right at all
These hardships that we face as black Americans are real, but we also need to check ourselves, because if we are going to cry about somebody doing something to us, then we have to start doing something FOR us....it's not rocket science..

Let's take care of each other.....
Next up, "southern black & establishment Democrats":

I'm disgusted with you, that's it,

You you all have become part of the incremental change party,

You have become blind to your privilege that white America enjoys & if you think I'm just blowing smoke? See Wiley & Whitlock
Also see Candace Owens & @WhipClyburn & Obama & Eric Holder & the rest of them, it's not a game, they got you all on board the train of big bark & no action,

They passed military budget after military budget & passed what I call the "republican care act" only change was PEC🤦🏿‍♂️
@CornelWest was right when he said that even when we had black faces in high places, nothing fundamentally changed...

And for that, you are all running to this guy because you are a are afraid of the big orange liar we call president....look at yourselves & tell me how🤷🏿‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️
This is total nonsense..we have white America who dismiss our gripes because it's not their experience & we have you southern blacks, you Midwest intellectuals, & coastal Elite's who tow the company line because it works for you...yet you have a whole generation looking 4 leaders
The two party system is direct suppression to the American people.....so much so that voting the "green party" is a Downer 🤦🏿‍♂️ & also starting another party is considered impossible, even though the largest voting block is the "non-voters"🤷🏿‍♂️

Tell me how that makes sense🤔🙄
Do you see the brainwash or not🤔

Since I'm talking to everyone here, I'm never removing this tweet, so black America:

I've never voted at the top of the ticket in my entire adult life (I'm 40 yrs old)

No I didn't vote for Clinton, Gore, Bush, Romney, Obama Trump....none...
Why?..because I'm not a damn puppet & from here on out if you not really for change for black America then you are a total fraud

You are scared to speak up like you are supposed to....these weak ass statements about "coming together" is nonsense & just a subtle way 2 say shut up
Again I'm just ashamed at you black Democrats who are supposed to be our people in power & you all are scared to tell the truth & really say what you feel in fear of losing your seat....that's not public service, don't give me that "it's just playing the game" s**t🙄🤦🏿‍♂️ do better!
Next.... "Celebrity blacks":

Stop just donating, spreading hashtags & making blanket statements while praising yourself that you give back to your community...how many gas stations, corner stores, beauty stores, grocery stores or karate studios u got in the hood🤔

Shut up...
Last but not least "my plea to Black America":

We need policy change as a race, if white America really wants to make good like they say they do, then I have some things I'd like on a "true black agenda platform that also translate to all races in America so just a few (next)
1st) reform the child support system on the lower level. that's a thing that hurts a lot of inner city black men....if you need me to elaborate on this issue then I please ask for the sake of my long thread, to only comment on this tweet.....thank you,

Moving on...
2nd) have a real vetting process for cops & what areas they are assigned to.

For instance, in the Tamir Rice situation in my city, the cop that shot him dead had a previous race related issue that got him fired before that, how is that guy on black inner city streets🤔
How was that not considered before he was put on the streets🤔

And I'll even be fair, why not just put those guys in more white areas if race is a problem if their record has a history of it?...

Why sweep it under the rug just to hire cops & then drop them in problem areas🤔
3rd) loosen restrictions on felons being able to get government jobs, because those are considered the "good jobs" in every state across the country these days.

That blocks a lot of African American men progress in society,

The choice is Amazon or $7.25 or $10 at a restaurant.
4th) more access to small loans & grants for equipment to start a small business such as landscaping & home rehabbing etc, if they go through proper steps to make sure & prove that's exactly where the money went to with receipt's....I think that's fair🤷🏿‍♂️
5th & last) a simple fix to the justice system:

Same crimes, same process, same jail Time no matter how rich or poor & only cash bail for current violent criminals, pedophile's, rapist, mass murderers & Killers.

Don't let people tell you *it's not that easy" because yes it is..
