AKWA ISI AGỤ is not Igbo,it's a modern culture error

LION (Ọdụm)has manes
LEOPARD (Agụ) has spots
TIGER (No Igbo name) has stripes

Agụ in Igbo is the LEOPARD and,is our symbol.Igboland doesn't know the LION(ọdụm), hence the Isiagu design doesn't represent Igbo culture
There's need for a deliberate efforts to set these records straight and rewrite any mistakes that have been made instead of passing on an obvious error to the next generation

The LEOPARD is the one that has that cultural significance to our forefathers and what they knew
The lion may have shown up among their forests, perhaps as a visitor running from bad conditions somewhere but,it was never native to Igboland, hence they didn't regard it like the LEOPARD

LION of the tribe of Judah(Ọdụm ebo Judah)& not AGỤ ebo Judah😂😂

Ours is the LEOPARD
Let me even add it immediately, so we'll all understand the high significance of it

Our people didn't place much significance on Ọdụm(Lion), bc, to them,it's not as smart

LION runs faster(80kph) but the LEOPARD runs farther(58kph)

LIONS hunt in groups,LEOPARDS hunt alone
This is the Ibe Kachikwu wearing a LEOPARD skin costume as he celebrated the new yam festival some time ago

It's full of significance as you can see

He's Igbo from Ukwuani
Igwe Josiah Orizu II of Nnewi

You can see the LEOPARD skin hanging behind him

It's very symbolic

When you hear "Ogbu agụ", it means "Killer of leopard" and not "Killer of lion"

It signifies STRENGHT and smartness in handling dangerous situations

Brave, Courageous, Bold 🐆
In summary, what we should be having on those akwa, is the head of the LEOPARD, and possibly decorate it with a likeness of the leopard spots, making it look like one beautiful leopard skin robe, short, caftan, skirt, gown,Suit, etc

Then, we can in truth be truly representating
