I haven't done one of these in a long while but the gym inspired me.

This one will be quite different from all the other ones.

I'll dedicate this one to all my bros in their 20s.

WHAT EVERY BRO SHOULD BE DOING (AND NOT DOING) IN THEIR 20s - THE THREAD đź’Ş
1 - Lifting

This will open so many doors for you and you won't even realize it.

Learn how to properly lift, design a well-rounded program (full body, upper lower or push/pull/legs), everything else is trash.

And just dedicate time to building your body foundation. 1/2

It will increase your self-confidence, it will teach you discipline and will also teach you about delayed gratification.

2 - EATING HEALTHY

You have to optimize your diet to give you the best possible energy.

If you want to work like a machine, you have to eat like one.

Clean it up, stay hydrated, drop the sugar, drop the junk food.
3 - DROP THE PORN AND THE FAP

Honestly bro, the PORN is forbidden, that shit just straight up fucks with your brain.

The fapping is taking so much vital energy out of you that you could be putting on other things.

Drop these two habits, and your life will improve drastically.
4 - LEARN

Bro, you have to learn.

I don't care if it's books, videos, @gumroad courses, who the hell cares.

You should be learning new knowledge and new skills every single day.

Just like exercising the body, you have to exercise the mind.
5 - STARTING A SIDE HUSTLE.

Here's the truth, no matter how well you get paid.

No 9 to 5 is going to make you feel whole.

Learn a skill and build a business out of it.

It will teach you so much about yourself, and even if you fail, it will be worth it just for the experience.
6 - TAKING CARE OF YOUR MENTAL HEALTH

Here's the deal, when you enter your 20s, your whole life starts changing...

And you'll have to deal with certain levels of stress that you didn't have to deal with before.

It's mandatory that you keep yourself sane and don't fall into 1/2
2/2 The mental health traps of current society.

Do things that will relax your mind.

Meditation, breathing exercises, whatever it is, take care of your mental health bro.
7 - STOP CHASING GIRLS

Stop it.

This is not the time for that.

Focus on yourself, become a high-value man and you'll attract girls to you by default.

NO SIMP SHIT IN YOUR 20S BRO.

THIS IS YOUR JOURNEY, FOCUS ON YOU!
8 - FASTING

Practice some sort of fasting, it will do wonders for your body and it will teach you a lot of self-discipline as well!
