Since being made aware of these events, we have organized to give a clear response: we completely condemn the racist actions of Marijam.
Intent of actions does not matter when they result in an attack to the integrity of a marginalized group.

We cannot tolerate any kind of oppression of people of color taking hold within our organization, no matter the reason.
