these past few weeks, a lot of stories, photos and videos around sexual harassment and r*pe have been circulating and although it is uplifting and great to see that people aren’t shutting up about it,

it CAN be veeery triggering for a lot of us and being quarantined in your home, gives you nothing but time to think and replay horrible memories.
please take this as a reminder that it is NEVER your fault, you didn’t deserve it, you’re not dirty, you didn’t ask for it.

Your story is important no matter how long ago it was or how old you were!
You deserve to be loved
Being a victim doesn’t make you less worthy.
You didn’t bring “shame” to your family, your dress wasn’t too short, your T-shirt was not too revealing
You Did Not Do Anything Wrong!

The only cause and reason for r*pe and sexual harassment to exist are r*pist, perverts and pedophiles.
If you didn’t tell anyone and you don’t think you can tell your family or close friends, try to get it out of your chest by writing it somewhere or texting a mutual here.
