Was just listening to a public radio show and an African-American man named Michael who worked as Chief of Police before retiring said:

"This is not a police training issue..."

This is also not a black and white issue, it's a white issue..."

"... When white people are as outraged as I am, then things will change. White people, you need to talk amongst yourselves about these issues. People like me will be there to guide you, but you need to do the work with one another."
