Last week, we launched our EDI action plan. We are tackle barriers to our underrepresented groups and become more visibly diverse in our council, staff, committees and speakers. 2/4 https://bit.ly/2BmYS62 
We want to promote accessibility in our events, representation in our voice, and equality, diversity and inclusion with the communities and institutions we work with. 3/4
This is an overdue beginning of our journey. We recognise our plan is not perfect and we still have a lot to learn. We welcome the opportunity to grow, for us and for the environmental sciences sector. 4/.. this thread will always be open.
