This guy right here is a serial abuser. His name is Quadri Olugbile. He is a 500level student of The university of Lagos, from the department of Urban and regional planning. He is known to be a lecturer favorite because he is smart, and he sometimes mark scripts for lecturers...
He uses this as an advantage to sexually abuse young girls in the department and threatens them with failure. He has succeeded with some, while some considered themselves lucky. These young girls are mostly 100level and 200level students that are naive and new to the system...
These young girls are scared to report because of the stigma and also because they believe most lecturers got his back.
