I think this needs to be heard within the F1 community rn. So give me a second and just read before you attack me.

Attacking drivers for only just speaking out about what is going on is not right. This is a lot to process and they don't want to say the wrong things
Yes, people in the limelight should speak out about it, share links, and donate BUT don't attack them for taking their time to formulate the words. Let's face it, if they came and said stuff straight out, they'd be attacked for it by some people.
The things that are happening in the world are horrendous and I personally, as a 20yr old white person, struggled to digest what is going on. Some of the drivers are hardly older than me and I wouldn't expect any one of them to be able to digest what is happening in the world.
Then there are people going after Sebastian Vettel because he's not speaking out about it because he doesn't have social media. He rejected social media for a reason, don't go after him because he wants his privacy. He's allowed it. Don't attack him when he can't defend himself.
This is why i believe F1 twitter is toxic and am slowly distancing myself from it. No matter what anyone, driver, journalist or fan, says it gets attacked. You cannot have an opinion with F1 Twitter and it's a major problem. We need to sort it.
