The real paradox here is that people who are protesting and tweeting about police brutality (which they should be) often advocate for the crimilization of non violent and or victimless activity which increases the amount of potentially violent crime encounters with LEOs

For weeks individuals, the media and politicians have been advocating and cheering on when people like the paddle board guy in LA got arrested in violation of lockdown and social distancing orders and WANTED police to use their monopoly on violence to enforce what they wanted

Many of these same people have for years been advocating for the confiscation of firearms from law abiding, innocent civilians men like Duncan Lemp, who was assassinated by police in his bed while asleep, are victims of the use of police violence advocated by the left enforce

Their gun policies. Red flags are a perfect example. COVID snitch lines also are as they use potentially biased civilian sources to INITIATE violence against someone that has no evidence against them if you truly cares about police brutality you should be advocated for the repeal

And thousands of federal, state and local laws,statues and regulations that over criminalize American life and make criminals of peaceful people and use State sponsored violence to solve trivial problems

The right isn’t innocent either as for decades they have used the war on drugs to disproportionately target black and other minority communities which created this atmosphere of blacks vs cops and lead to many of the destructive policies that have crippled the black community
