Boston University, @Northeastern's largest and most significant university neighbor, has released its plan for in-person/remote classes in the fall.

Basically: BU students will each have a choice of whether to take in-person classes or remote learning in the fall. @HuntNewsNU
Remote learning is for those who can't get to campus for the fall, or "who may choose to postpone their return to campus to maintain strict social distancing. But it also enables BU students to return to residential campus life in the fall." @HuntNewsNU
Students can live on campus and still opt for remote learning and take courses from their dorm. They can also start the semester with in-person classes and then opt for remote learning at any time @HuntNewsNU
The plan says that larger classes could be split into x number of groups, with each group meeting in-person once every x scheduled meeting.

So a class of 30 may be split into 3 groups, and each group would meet with one-third of the normal frequency. @HuntNewsNU
For those just joining this thread, a reminder that I'm talking about Boston University and not Northeastern. NEU hasn't announced a plan yet.
