5 Things That Made Me Lose 23 lbs in 2 Months

This post isn't for clout, but rather to try and help other people to get the body they want for themselves. I am no expert, so had to research studies made by nutritionists, gym experts, and doctors. So let's get right to it!
1. MINDSET - this maybe self-explanatory, but it's important enough to be in this list. The other 4 steps wouldnt matter if you don't put your mind into it. TO CHANGE THE BODY, YOU MUST START WITH THE MIND.
2. NUTRITION - I don't wanna use the word 'diet', because it usually translates to a temporary period of starvation or self-deprivation. You dont need to eat a lot less, but you need to eat right. I used 'myfitnesspal' app to track my macros (protein, fat, and carbs) portions, -
as well as my calories. The key to weight loss is to cut out carbs, and eat healthy calories. Eating 1000 calories of junk food is not the same with eating 1000 calories of vegetables and lean meat
3. INTERMITTENT FASTING - Fasting IS NOT starvation. It is not a diet, it is an eating habbit. When you fast, your insulin levels decrease dramatically, which facilitates fat burning. On the other hand, your Human Growth Hormone (HGH) skyrockets, which can aid fat loss and -
muscle gains. There are so many advantages to fasting, it can't fit in this thread. I practiced a 16/8 fasting, 16-hours strictly no calorie intake, and 8 hours for my eating window.
4. EXERCISE - there are so many ways to exercise. You can run, do cardio, etc,. But in my case is I didn't only wanna lose fat, but build muscle too. So I did a HIIT and weight lifting regimen. This way, I was burning fat efficiently, while my muscles were also growing.
5. RESEARCH - The only way to keep focused is to keep on researching. Always dig deep as to why it works, and how it works to optimize its effects. There are tons of youtube videos backed up with real studies explained in detail. -

BONUS: If you've started intermittent fasting before, and gave in to the hunger, and failed, the key is to drink black coffee when you get hungry. It is a natural hunger suppressant, and has no calories. Also hydrate everyday, to rid yourself of water weight.
