(1/4) This week, I’ve seen 10k tweets w/out seeing 1 tweet suggesting for how we can create positive change (besides rioting/ protest).

Just spitballing, but here are a few of my own ideas:

1. Hold all policemen liable for misconduct/ negligence of your partner (so intervene)!

2. Out-Of-State person rioting = auto 1 yr prison term

3. Decriminalization: De-prioritize prosecuting low-level offenses (Marijuana, loitering, traffic violations, alcohol)

4. Create national standard of what is Excessive Force

5. Zero tolerance for Excessive Force

6. Racism = Hate Group | Not a constitutionally protected right

7. Mandate dashboard/ body cameras nationally

8.Prosecution of bad cops done on National level / independent investigations

9. Incentives for Police who actively volunteer & work in communities they oversee

10. Eliminate For Profit policing

11. National database of bad cops

12. Monetary penalty for police precinct w/ excessive misconduct violations+National intervention

13. One Strike You’re Out policy for convicted cops due to any racist violation
