We know Hollywood movies portrayed Native Americans as the intruders. Children would play Cowboys and Indians, where the Cowboys were the “ goodies.” In fact, in the 1950’s, Hollywood tried to show the complete absence of black people. Hitchcock’s “The Wrong Man” shows New York

Subways and prisons that was totally devoid of blacks. Even films like Shaft just have heroes that fit nicely into characters that could easily be white. Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner invites an elite black into the club, but always on white terms.
Racism, in America is at the

core of its ideals. It goes back centuries and Make America Great Again is exactly that. There was once talk on “neo-racism” but there is nothing to define that the racism we see today is a new type of racism, it has all of the anatomy of the racism of old. This neo-racism

was based on “the White supremist view has all but disappeared.” This we know is not the case. It also stated that racial prejudice “ was no longer a major political force” we know this not to be true also. Old-fashioned racism remains alive and all too well. You also hear it

In comments such as “ white America is no longer racist.” When neo-racism was put forward, it was logically flawed, it had its hypotheses, but no methodology or empirical evidence to back it up. If they cannot distinguish empirically the differences between old and new racism,

the variables become too closely correlated, it’s like trying to find differences in the same thing. That’s empirically impossible. It is clear that there are Americans that want to conserve an America that was built on the supremacy of whites. And America never really wanted to

change. After the Civil War, statues should have been destroyed and certain flags made illegal. This would have been the beginning of real change, but it never happened. They were allowed to continue.
