You cannot virtually get rid of it, but instead make it a belief of the minority. The problem is that racism is so far up America's ass that people of power even help such hate flourish, victimizing even more people. Its not right to simply say, "it takes time". Inaction is fatal

To quote MLK Jr.

"And it has failed to hear that large segments of white society are more concerned about tranquility and the status quo than about justice and humanity."

Instead of putting concern over how they riot, actively fight against racial discrimimation til it dies.

Honestly, it seems like America even needs another revolution.
