Korean artists are being asked to speak up bc of the amount of inspiration they take from black culture from music to everything. However, when BT5 spoke up about previous specific global incidents, they were att8cked by ppl asking y they didn’t speak up for other global issues.
Now if they speak up about BLM, others will ask why they didn’t talk about the nth room. So I hope they do speak about BLM because it’s very important(has been important&will always be),& if they don’t I understand. Whichever way, I will still support them.
BT5 have been very vocal about giving credit to black artists&respecting&educating themselves on black culture(songs to interviews),so I know what their stance on this is. Showing support on social media is performative to an extent&people can donate&sign petitions w/o announcing
If u consider this is something to unlove BT5 over, then plse do, you won’t be missed. ARMY United we stand, divided we fall. Our trust should be in BT5’s good hearts. BT5 have proved time&time again that they have good hearts&they’re here for the music,&for ARMY
