Let's not lie. Even with Olé's positivity, there was a time Olé could not keep up with the degree of mediocrity we had.

I remember the match against Burnley at OT, I looked at the bench and I pitied Olé. Cos I could not think of anything he could do to salvage the situation.
He was incapacitated and it was very obvious in that match. The truth is .. Olé knows we did not have the quality but was very diplomatic about it. You know what will force Olé to say something like "I want a striker that will break his nose to score a goal"?
He must have been so frustrated and rightly so. Thank God some players decided to take responsibility and raise their game. This has little influence from the manager. No one can desire greatness on your behalf as a human being.
Olé was not interested in Matic anymore but Matic made himself so relevant that he is now up for a new contract. It was as if he would leave by January this year.

I wish Olé well but I need players to take responsibility. I need fans to hold their favourites responsible.
You dont have to blame someone else when your favourites are flopping. It's very normal to flop. So players should take responsibility and let's see how far we can go with that.
