let's get into a thread about being nonbinary by me, a nonbinary person! this is a tinge more personal bc the expression of the identity varies from person to person

gender expression and gender presentation are separate and not necessarily have to be the same, since there are people who identify as masculine and dress feminine and vice versa. if you're not sure how to address a person, ask them, and not just some random nb person

i mention that because for some reason people have taken to asking me how to address their nonbinary family members instead of asking the family member themselves. not every nonbinary person acts the same or accepts the same identifiers. just like everyone else on earth.

another thing that bothers me are those weird terf ideologies that you can spot a trans person bc they have x,y,z like, no you can't. they have gone to literal cis people and called them transphobic slurs bc they don't have enough brain power to think like a person.

i wanna say thank you to all the cis people who put their pronouns is their bio. transphobes have no brain and think that only trans people have pronouns which doesn't make sense in any form of language. the fact that they're obessesed with "changing" us means they unhappy-

-with themselves and only feel something when they harass other people. fellow trans champs, we got this. we're strong and we're epic and i know sometimes things are really bad and we can't come out but it gets better. baby steps are better than no steps, believe me. love yall
