So thrilled to see an actual #BlackLivesMatter protest in downtown Klamath Falls tonight.

Unfortunately, it came with rumors about "Antifa" bussing in from Portland/Eugene/California to riot in the city, so that meant the peaceful protestors were met by heavily armed counterprotestors there to "protect" the town.

Was just downtown for about two hours. About 100 #BlackLivesMatter protestors and 300 or so counterprotestors, many carrying AK-47s or AR-15s.

No sign of "busloads of Antifa" and no real primary source for the rumor that instigated the armed counterprotest.

Though, pretty compelling evidence that the "busloads of Antifa" rumor is being signal boosted by bots, so make of that what you will.

Reminds me of something out of @IwriteOK's @bellingcat reporting. I suspect he's got his hands full in Portland tonight, though.
