My friend & mentor, the Sage is now 67. He asked me to give him a strategy to live a normal life and deal with Covid-19 virus. He ruled out a farm house. Wants to continue in Mumbai.

Here is my strategy which he considering seriously & will decide on in day or two.

1/n
My strategy - book a hospital bed with a ventilator D + 14 days from now with your favourite private clinic. Get a full health check up. Get your blood sugar + BP normal & contained. Get advise on diet & exercise. Get as fit as possible.
Having done all that go and get infected as “mildly” as you can. Mildly meaning don’t get viral overload. Just touch someone infected or an asymptomatic carrier. That’s D day.

Carry on with diet, exercise and keep a sharp eye on blood sugar + BP for next 14 days.
On D +15 day check into your hospital bed if you have any symptoms.

Let the hospital take care of you if need help. Else stay home.

By D + 24 days you should be one the lucky 96% who survive an infection.
The logic is simple.

You are gonna get infected one way or the other. Better do it on your terms, at a place & time of your choosing, under controlled conditions rather than wait 4 an accident.

MY parents are after my blood now :-)
