Listen, if you text an activist about organizing protests, please make sure you identify yourself first. And maybe don't do it unencrypted.

No response in 5 minutes, so I guess they forgot their own name.

If I'm wrong I will update this thread. Could be a long lost friend, my last phone didn't save numbers. But this text feels very, very off.

I WOULD LIKE TO STATE FOR THE RECORD: I have not organized any protests in any neighborhoods. I don't believe these protests are organized much at all. I have also not joined any protests on the ground. I am tweeting out info in support but that is the extent of my involvement.
