Harrington says authorities have discovered premixed bottles of gasoline and oil that have been stashed and used to start fires in buildings.

There also have been stolen vehicles and weapons recovered.
Harrington on 8p curfew: "You can expect that officers will be enforcing the curfew tonight. I will ask you. No I will beg you, please stay home tonight. Please stay with your businesses. Please stay with your families. Please do not go out and about."
Harrington says rapid response teams were able to get to the tanker truck quickly.

"We are out to stop criminal behavior. We are out to keep the peace."
Harrington doesn't have information on the driver or the company he drives for.
"In the midst of that crowd, the truck drove through at high speeds, was chased down by protesters and the truck stopped."

Driver was arrested at HCMC where he was taken for injuries sustained when he was extracted from the truck.

Maj Gen Jon Jensen of @MNNationalGuard says Guard is on 29 missions today. Most in Minneapolis and St. Paul, but also Brooklyn Center, Eagan and Bloomington.

Brooklyn Center is a Red Cross shelter for displaced people due to protests.
Jensen says he is clarifying the FBI threat assessment to Guard members. He said there is no new information on last week's threat report.

It is the reason that Guard members were armed when deployed, he says.

Walz makes another plea for the public to stay indoors tonight.

"This is not done yet with those who seek to disrupt."
Commissioner HARRINGTON say the truck was on the freeway before it was closed to traffic.

"But that does not in any way absolve (?) the driver from driving through a crowd of people at speed."
"Any time anybody walks onto a freeway it is a dangerous, dangerous thing to do. We recognize that many people have done that to highlight the need for making sure their message is noted ... Irregardless of that nobody should be run over" for expressing 1st Amendment rights.
Harrington says there have been arrests in Dakota and Anoka counties and others around the state in addition to the Twin Cities in last 5-6 days related to #GeorgeFloyd aftermath.
