January 28 I’ve had my 1st Surgery for Gallblader removal at ACE, Valenzuela. I was diagnosed with gallbladder stones and was advised to undergo a laparaloscopy cholecystectomy procedure. I was just expecting a simple procedure and was assured that everything will be alright.
Only to find out that there was a lump along the bile duct and it needs removal of my gallbladder. It was successfully removed and sent for biopsy. After a week, I had a hard time recovering and I’ve started to experience abdominal cramps most of the time
this is the nearest hospital I can go. Labortory test was performed to identify my condition result came out revealing the cause of my jaundice. For the 3rd time, the doctor advised me to undergo another surgical operation due to obstruction on my bile duct and needs to be done
urgently. I'm currently admitted at the hospital, and sincerely asking for your help, since the procedure is too expensive for us to afford, me and my family are still trying to recover from the previous hospital bill expenses that we've been through.
Then, during the operation doctors have had difficulty with removal of stones and advised to proceed with open cholecystectomy. A consent was made and they’ve continued with the operation.
my intestine is not responding well and call it as an emergency operation and it was my second time to be rushed to Operating Room for another surgery which was called exploratory laparotomy surgery, the operation went well and I've recovered, sent for discharge after a few days.
After that, result of biopsy came and I'm not quiet sure but Dr. said it was TB. I didn't ask that much because I was just thankful enough to God that I've survived and surpassed the crisis. 6 weeks later, I was able to manage to perform my activities of daily living.
As long as I don't overdo things by exerting much effort as per medical advised.
It was time to go back to work, then covid 19 outbreak and Locked down happened, that affected my work but at the same time gave me more time to recover. After 2 months and a half,
I've started to go back to work, but on my 3rd day I've noticed that the color of my eyes are turning into yellow and as days went by it spread to my skin and went to make a consultation at VRP (Victor R Potenciano) due to ECQ theres lack of transportation and this is the nearest
