My Brother Was Shot & Killed By Peoria Police While Running Away. He Didn’t Have Any Weapons On Him.. Soon As He Stopped Running The Police Still Decided To Shoot Instead Of Putting Him In Handcuffs. Til This Day No Justice Has Been Made
They Shot Him Dead & Still Walking Around Like Nothing Ever Happened .
