First day of returning to work after 2 and a half month of quarantine, a reaction thread:
I'm using public transport so imagine the overwhelming feeling I had for the past 2 hours
Also to experience it first hand is not the same as reading the news so i may looked like a dumb pea brain in this thread lmao
Bus and trains have these markers to indicate where people should stand/sit. The announcements are all "do your duty to social distance" etc for every station
Anxiety increases
Anxiety increases
Everyone wear the face mask
Everyone keep gaps
Everyone is quiet
No chatter, just silence

Can't help that it's 6 am in the morning so people are sleepy
But there's an unspoken... tension.... in the coach
45-minute train trip feels longer than it should be

Arrived at the station. There're rails in between the escalators
Everyone follows the unwritten instruction. Do not cross the rails
Social distancing, mind the gap
