Recently I've seen fellow Muslims argue with Noor about black women protesting and arguing about in the time of Companions, Sahabiyat RA participated in battles and such.

Those comments are the most tone-deaf, ill-mannered, and insensitive comments one can make. https://twitter.com/figandoliveblog/status/1266779725919399937
You all do not live as an African American (AA) woman, how are you all telling her how to think about the situation at hand?

It's important to know what history an individual carries, and display sensitivity towards them.
During the Civil Rights movements, AA women did protest and led organizations such as Ella Baker, who formed SNCC, Student Non-Violent Coordinating Committee.

However, like most of history, a lot of injustice is covered up.
For Ex. when we think of the Montgomery Bus Boycotts, its remembered as an economic boycott and a fight against segregation.

However, people forget Rosa Parks was actually an Anti-Rape activist. Boycotting the Buses was more about sexual violence To Rosa Parks
Montgomery police had a history of committing racialized sexual violence against black women as well as bus operators who harassed and assaulted people who did not follow segregation rules. http://werehistory.org/rosa-parks/
Most of the complaints of abuse and mistreatment made against bus operators were working-class AA women. They said drivers hurled nasty, sexualized insults at them, touched them inappropriately, and physically abused them
Many women decided to walk than ride the bus because of being humiliated and mistreated. The bus boycott was more than just about a seat on the bus.
AA women demanded the right to move through the world without being molested, fought against police brutality and racial and sexual violence, and insisted on the right to ownership and control of their own bodies.
Another crucial component was a community organization. The local community got together an organized basically an uber system for the local AA working community making sure everyone was still able to get work despite not having public transportation https://www.smithsonianmag.com/history/how-automobiles-helped-power-civil-rights-movement-180974300/
If we want to be just about the history of the Sahabiyat RA there was sexual violence committed against women. The first Shaheed of Islam was Sumayyah bint Khabbat RA.

The way she was killed was extremely brutal, Abu Jahl RA took a spear and shoved it in her. Some reports
reports that the spear was shoved into her private part. This is brutal sexual violence. This is the first death seared into the minds of the early Muslim community.

Think about that before adamantly claiming Shahbiyat RA were part of battles.
Noor doesn't want to see her fellow AA women on the front lines protesting while police are in full riot gear, shooting rubber bullets and other high-speed projectiles on top of the potential of sexual violence demonstrated time and time again even in the era of CRM.
Yes, latest historical scholarship shows black female protestors faced sexual violence once arrested for protesting.

She is looking out for her own. Sit down and Shut up
