It’s a little strange to me that people always expect BTS to speak on what is happening in America, but not Brazil or Germany or India. Injustice is everywhere. BTS are not American. There ARE kpop idols who are.
Also, as others have pointed out, last time BTS spoke up about something happening in America they got dragged to hell by both fans and antis for it for not speaking up on issues in their countries.
Adding BTS have a connection with black American culture through their music and past they do not have elsewhere. I’d just ask that people think what would be seen as sufficient support and if you genuinely think they don’t care without and are ok with antis using it to hurt them
