Hi, guys. I’ve seen accusations about Olivia Rodrigo and Joshua Bassett and I want to clear everything up right now. To get it over with. I’m sure she wouldn’t care if I did this. So here’s my thread: (I’m not asking for you to believe me, I don’t really care)
I’m a friend of Liv’s, I’ve been friends with her for over 3 years and we’re definitely not as close as we used to be, but that just has to do with that she’s a lot busier now than before. Anyways, I have physical proof like text messages, so do with that what you will.
If you scroll a little further down Liv’s instagram profile, you can see photos of me. I’m not gonna expose who I am because I know this fan base can be a little bit obsessive (in a good way).
So, let’s start from the beginning. Liv broke up with her boyfriend, we are not gonna name him because he was an asshole (Sorry) It had nothing to do with her co-worker Josh (not saying he wasn’t an asshole either because... Well we will get to that later)
But she broke up with him around late February- Early March, I think. It was good for her, she said because she was trying to start a new chapter of her life since the new show was starting too. She told me she was going to stay away from boys for a while.
So, she went to Utah for filming and she texted me a lot while she was there. Her and I both knew she had a little bit of a crush on her co-worker Josh from years before. They were both in the Disney family and she thought he was cute. That’s it. She told me that’s all it was.
She promised she wasn’t gonna act on anything because she knew it was a bad time.
