E-Commerce & Courier Services allowed. IT & ITES Cos to operate with 33% staff. Industry with specific permissions for units. Mandatory protocols of safety, hygiene & distancing. Testing of key staff in service sector prioritized.

Handloom & Handicrafts: Home workshops with 05 workers. Centres & Units as per proposal of deptts. Masks provided. Agriculture, Horticulture & allied farm activities permitted; Rural development and panchayat works as per SOP.

Essential Grocery & Fruit/Vegetable shops:  30% essential shops to open on pre-devised roster by market associations in consultation with Zonal Committees. Timing 11am to 5pm. Except Red/Containment Zones. Mandatory precautions ---sanitization, distancing & hygiene.

Machine repair workshops with maximum 05 workers. Self-employed technicians like electricians, plumbers, AC repair etc on duty. Diagnostic labs with permitted staff strength. SHGs engaged in making protective products etc.

Rural areas : Industrial & developmental works outside municipal limits. Department assisted work plans.

Construction: Public infrastructure projects. Transportation of material in day time only. ExEns to make arrangements for labour accomodation & safety.

Wedding ceremonies: 30+ members depending on Zones. Prior Permission. Social distancing norms mandatory. SOPs to be followed.

Based on the inputs received from experts and stakeholders as well as guidelines issued by the competent authorities further review will be a constant process. Covid containment priority, balancing with livelihood & economy required.
