I’m gonna make a thread of black people who have inspired me in my day to day life;

-Martell, my dance teacher now one of my good mates. Never gave up on me even when my confidence was nonexistent.

-Alisha, one of my best friends. Has never failed to put a smile on my face. Tells me I’m beautiful and I’m a bad bitch. Reminds me day in and day out that I don’t need men to be successful.

-Kya, makes me laugh every single day. She is one of my ‘adopted’ younger sisters. Always reassuring me.

-Keisha, one badass dancer. As a former dancer seeing her grow into a talented young lady makes me so proud of her. I’ve literally known her a few months and I haven’t regretted a single day.

There are so many more people that inspire me but I don’t want to make this thread too long. I am so proud of each and everyone of these amazing people. They have shaped the person I am and I am so thankful!
