I get this impulse but "don't watch YouTube" is neither practical nor sufficient in the long term. White parents have to teach kids about 1) racism and 2) how tech companies manipulate them. Since this is blowing up I should be clear that what I called "alt right rants" were not the aggressive, shouty videos adults get. They were cutesy & subtle: "Haha I guess even Disney is politically correct now!" Kids without tools to recognize racism would not have spotted them.
