ok everyone, i need your help here

a lot of people (me included) are having lots of anxiety attacks these days, not only because of quarantine and the ongoing pandemic, but also because of the protests, pridefall and other countless reasons.

and most of them are silent, not +
because they don’t care, but because they aren’t mentally prepared to deal with all of this right now.

thinking of this, i decided to create this account to try spread positivity around twitter

social media is kind of a refuge to us, but lately that has not been the case. +
and that can’t be the case. there’s too much happening for everyone to stay silent.

In addition, this account is NOT being used as an excuse to ignore all the atrocities happening worldwide!!!

just to support people in a different matter during this diffucult time.

so, i thought i’d use this account to post things such as anxiety exercises, how to stop panic attacks, safety tips for protests, spread good news when they come, motivational phrases and anything that could help in some way.

i know how all this chaos can make us crazy.
also, if anyone wants to become an administrator help is always welcome!!
