#BlackLivesMatter learn to fall properly so you dont get injured being pushed down by cops. By redistributing some of the force, you'll be less likely to be injured.
If a cop or assailant tries to take you down, keep your head above the threats head to keep your weight on them and sprawl your legs out, be careful not to go over them so much they can flip you off their back #BLM
If you need to kick cops off of you, bring your knee as high and as close to your chest as you can and lunge it forward for best results. You can defend yourself, your message matters. #BlackLivesMatter
If a cop comes up from behind you and chokes you, lift up off your heels and lean forward to get them off balance, grab the arm, lean forward and dump their ass on the floor, rolling them off your shoulder. #BlackLivesMatter
