Apply pressure to your big brand employers: if you really 'bout that life, give your black employers a paid week off. Me not having an income obviously has its cons but I literally can't imagine working right now. That's actual insanity to expect a black person to do so.

This obviously goes to all companies but I'm pinpointing those who have "advertised" their support. Apply pressure, y'all. Let me know how I can help. You deserve time off.

And for my non-black folk, remove the pressure. Don't email excessive shit. Don't ask people to turn on their video on Zoom. Working black people aren't "slacking", they're tired. Mentally, physically, emotionally tired.
