And of course if cases flare up in the UK, Spain gets into a position where you have to (1) say no to tourists from the UK or (2) take those tourists & therefore risk outbreaks in Spain.

In any case, there is a very strong incentive to start off DIY CONTACT TRACING PROGRAMMES, of course to supplement the already effective ones where they exist.
I& #39;m glad I don& #39;t have that responsibility but I think I& #39;d go with best practice in training, supervision, support etc.

The ECDC has recommendations and so do several other institutions, and I hope maybe someone will add to this thread.
