As Sikhs, we are also no strangers to injustice and alienation especially from the Indian government. It still shocks me sometimes that this isn’t something you read about in textbooks, and took place at a time when most of our parents were TEENAGERS.

31 October marks the beginning of the horrific several day pogrom initiated by the Indian government to mark one of the biggest genocides known to Sikhs. I’ll be continuing this thread everyday to detail the treatment of Sikhs as well as the government’s agenda!
