I thought it was a great & important question. Ideally we’d have free, quick, easily available #SARSCoV2 testing for these circumstances... but here in much of US, we don’t. So childcare facilities reopening are relying on symptoms and parent reports of exposure... 3/
I recall an article that evaluated symptoms in adults and concluded that loss of smell was a symptom with high #PPV for #COVID19 in adults. Not extremely sensitive (absent in many cases) but a clear warning when present. Any similar research in kids? Fin/
