directed at someone so tremendously famous. I am so grateful JKR is not backing down, I can put in words how much that means to so many of us. I hope the horrific abuse levelled at her will open the eyes of the many, many people who’ve looked away so far

This is vile. I imagine parents will look at that # together with their kids to see all the drawings & comments. Imagine being so filled with hatred of women who say no that you’re prepared to do this to “own a Terf”. Can never hide behind that mask of being reasonable for long

What they don’t realise is how others will see this from the outside. Doing this won’t help their cause but it’ll give them a bit of clout amongst their devotees. Priorities, right? Then, if parents does click on their profile they’ll see subtle threats of violence.
