Been thinking about how to address all of this inside the formation, here's what I have so far...would appreciate feedback.

See below:
-Remember that we are all Americans, we support and defend each other, at home and abroad. In or out of uniform. America is bleeding.

-What you're seeing go on across the country is between us as Americans. Hatred and bigotry are everywhere but will not be tolerated.
-I encourage you to talk about it. Ignoring the riots and protests and brutality would be counter-productive.

-However, discussing it and inciting hate and violence are not the same thing. I'll protect one and snuff out the other.
We have resources for those with families affected. If we can't help organically, we will do everything we can to reach out to those who can help.

Leaders, watch your formations. This is not only a time when infighting can break out but also when soldiers can be radicalized.
Know the signs of premeditated violence. Know how to diffuse soldier conflicts. Keep open lines of communication and don't show your personal politics to your subordinates. All they should see is a watchful eye and a caring hand. Be tolerant and hope the bleeding stops.
