DEPOSIT BONUSES:
Who doesn't love the chance to earn some free cash, right?
Well, actually I believe the market operates much better when we can trade naturally and not by announcements.
I think FI should reserve DPs for special occasions and limit them to once/twice a year.

PB MATRIX:
I'd like FI to commit to the current matrix for the another season at least.
It's not perfect BUT I believe committing to the stability of this matrix will increase confidence as traders want to know the terms on which their bet will be valued.

MB:
Revamp media sources used. Add new ones, take obsolete ones out.
Cap the number of articles from a publication per day.
Remove +/- scoring. Each article scores the same. Much clearer to understand scoring.
Outline clearly why articles will be removed (racism, crime etc).

TIERED PB/CONSISTENCY DIVIDEND:
I'd prefer a separate loyalty dividend. Whether than be Team of the Month/Season over Tiered PB on each matchday.
Reinstate Super Match Day Points and make it clear on a trader's portfolio who is eligible and how many points they've accumulated.

PORTFOLIO TOOLS:
Add share purchased/expiry dates
Indicator to show whether player is eligible for IPDs/SMDPs.
Ability to sort portfolio into custom categories
Cleaning of data and information. Remove the obsolete 'Prospectus' and replace with useful PB/MB data

APP/TECH:
Bring all versions of the app in line with the desktop version.
Successfully implement NASDAQ tech but ensure the excellent work of the Matching Engine is carried forward.
Iron out as many glitches with buying/bidding and selling.

ADVERTISING:
Continue to heavily advertise in London but make a greater effort to target 'football cities' like Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle etc.
Continue theme of 'Trading what you love' to attract gamblers/fans and consider how best to tailor campaign to HNWIs

ENGAGEMENT:
Create a community engagement group which invites traders from across the FI Community to give their thoughts and input.
More transparency on survey results, acting on feedback and how and when changes to the platform will be implemented.

Basically, FI is great but this what I personally believe can make it even greater.

I'm sure there's plenty more I've missed but it's sunny and I'm planning to go and enjoy that now!
