This is interesting, but I'm not sure about the caption.
I took the time to read Chauvin's arrest warrant, and here's what was said:
At 8:14pm, Floyd refused to enter the vehicle due to claustrophobia, and willingly threw himself to the ground. https://twitter.com/balleralert/status/1266861593410916356

However, the warrant has a bizarre inconsistency where, at 8:19pm (the time that matches with this footage in the top right), says that they dragged him OUT of the car.

- There was a struggle of him trying to get back out.
The warrant mentions that as soon as he was removed from the vehicle, he willingly out himself on the ground again, which is when he lost his life.
PRELIMINARY (and I cannot stress that word enough) autopsy reports -

- Did not mention signs of a struggle, so for the time being I will withhold judgement on this footage until something more comes of it.
The reason that he is charged with 3rd Degree Murder is based on preliminary findings, too.

They had found that Floyd's windpipe -
- Was not crushed, but his death was the result of Chauvin's actions triggering Floyd's underlying heart problems.
A person cannot talk if their windpipe is crushed, which lines up with Chauvin's response that 'He is talking so he is fine.'
However, this doesn't mean that -

However, this doesn't mean that -
- Enough oxygen was reaching his brain, and those underlying conditions could not have been triggered if not for Chauvin's intervention.
The evidence that can pin a 3rd Degree Murder charge on him is very strong, and my basic scanning of MN law cannot find much Chauvin -

- Could use as a defence, as the buildup to the arrest was an unmitigated disaster in and of itself (Chauvin actually drew his gun when approaching the car, despite no mention of Floyd being armed or dangerous).
But this is where it's really important for y'all out there -

If the charges get raised to 1st or 2nd, he'll likely have a higher chance of being acquitted.
