That this is also happening in Blue cities in Blue states is because those Blue cities have massive racial & economic inequality — a reality that Democrats conveniently ignore

I understand people have bigger concerns, but this is going to devastate those cities

The result is not going to be search to resolve those inequalities by powerful

It will be flight out of those cities by the rich & mostly white, crashing real estate, tax revenues, & Jobs

Because the other inconvenient truth of those cities is they have largely trickle down economies & when the rich flee, they take the good jobs with them, and that trickling stops, & then the ancillary social & Community problems surge.

To those saying this is a net positive because then those cities are affordable again.

Sure. Eventually perhaps. But walk Gary Indiana, Detroit, Buffalo, Portsmouth Ohio, and ask the older residents how the depopulation & loss of jobs worked out for them & their city

Democratic city & state politicians are not solely responsible for our massive inequality —- that is largely a DC problem.

But those local politicians have massive influence & power in Dem Party & haven’t used it well federally or locally
