There are different roles and responsibilities of governments and respresentatives
One is Union government which is to be judged

On the basis of their work all over the country or generally on issues national in character .
Role of MP is different from that of a minister in union government
Role of state government is different from that of union government and role of MLA is different than a minister

Central government :- Done a gud job on various issues pending for years
MP :- Failed to raise the voice of their people to union government
State government:- Complete failure
MLA :- Noone raised our concerns ,sticked to their lord's stand for sure reasons.

So do not hesitate to criticize them when you have elected them to power ,today if they are sitting in most powerful block in Delhi its just because of u .
