Individuals who are shielding, will you be leaving your homes maintaining social distancing to meet another person come Monday?

I have a feeling that most who are shielding will not. Shielding was always down to an individual's decision, not mandatory.

Since nothing has really changed with R hovering around 1 for the England, I suspect most will decide to continue anyway.

The kicker will be when the government decides to stop the food parcels. Then those who are the most vulnerable, unable to call on neighbours and friends for help, will have no choice but to go out at some stage.
