(1) Do you know why I think we have problems with the US police. It’s a product of the federalist system in the US. As police departments unlike the U.K. are usually managed by cities or county areas. The police are too unregulated in the U.S.

(2) looking at incidents from over the years all these racist killings of black individuals have came from individual police departments and not federal agents. In my opinion the power power you delegate down to services such as the police the less accountable they are.

(3) This is a huge problem in the U.S. An action in one police force can be deemed okay whilst in another it can be deemed wrong. There is no consistency and that is due to the U.S federal system. Jsutice needs to be dealt for George however this issue will not go away.

(4) Unless a federal wide reform of how policing works in America is considered. However, unfortunately that will never happen.
