Good morning. I know a lot of us are feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what to do - how to help with all of the chaos that is happening all over the world and very much so here in Nigeria. It feels like everything is crumbly all at once.

I don’t think the world has gotten worse or things are just exploding. Thanks to our phones and internet we are more connected and can see what has been HIDDEN !! For so long. We are now awake. and it’s good. There has to be justice.

We deserve to live in peace. I hate injustice . I hate misuse of power. I am thankful for the internet more than anything today, because we can see what is happening all around our country . We are no longer in the dark and we can fight for justice.

If you are feeling overwhelmed. Take a social media break. There is a lot going on online . But don’t bury the rage and forget what you have seen. People have been suffering everyday and it feels like it’s all coming to a tipping point . This is good.
