From 67kg (jul 2019) to 47kg (may 2020)
Before reading this thread just a reminder to everybody that you’re beautiful, whatever your shape or size is.
2018 i gained so much weight. Ang pinaka mabigat ko is 67kgs May 2019, napabayaan ko yung body ko by eating a lot of junks and unhealthy foods, isama mo na rin yung too much drinking of alcohol 🍺 Kumakain ako ng gulay and other healthy foods pero di yun sapat para masabi mong
Healthy ka. Sa isang araw marami parin akong kinakain esp pag midnights yung tipong nanunuod ka ng netflix tas bigla kang mag ccrave ng kung ano ano, order dito order don ++ fastfoods #1 nakakapag gain ng weight‼️yung milktea,frappe and other sugary drinks
Di ko sinasabi na masama siya, we need sugar in our body because sugar is a source of energy aswell. Di rin masamang kumain ng mga cravings natin but eat those kind of foods moderately. You can still eat what you want but with control. ALWAYS.
Yung iba iniisip pag weightloss, walang kakain or gugutumin mo sarili mo, NO. Dapat isipin mo always is, It is for your own health. Don’t starve yourself to death.
Nung 2018 i tried boxing and circuit training pero inconsistent ako and kumakain parin ako ng marami so wala lang rin hahaha
Yung older sister ng bff ko yung nag inspire sakin to lose weight. Kasi last summer nag start na siya ng healthy diet + workout and grabe na rin yung pinayat niya ngayon. Reminder, Working out won’t help you lose weight if you don’t practice a good healthy diet.
July ako nag start kumain ng healthy foods + di na ako masiyadong kumakain ng rice + more water intake. Then Aug 64kgs nalang ako then nag start ng ako intermittent fasting 16:8 ( 16 hours of fasting, 8 hours of eating) at dahil nga student ako,
sinakto ko sa schedule ko sa hours of eating. At dahil most of the time 9am start ng recess namin, 9am ko sinakto yung tapos ng fasting and start ng kain ko (di rin naman ako sanay kumain ng maagang breakfast kasi late rin ako nagigising)+ sinamahan rin ng trainings and workouts.
Ff to november, so ang weight ko ng november is 58kgs nalng from 64kgs last aug na nag start akong mag intermittent fasting. Di rin effective ang intermittent fasting if mataas rin ang calorie intake mo a day. So i count calories aswell. More protein and vegetables rin ako lagi.
Nakakain ko parin naman mga gusto ko like doughnuts, coffee, milktea etc. minsan unsweetened or 30% sugar lang, depende sa mood😂 pero dahil nga nasa mindset ko na na controlled lang dapat kakainin, minsan mabilis na rin ako maumay and hindi ko na rin kaya kumain ng marami.
March 2020 before lockdown ang weight ko is 55kgs. Then nag lockdown pero it didn’t stop me from achieving my goals. I still do workouts, minsan twice a day and minsan isang beses lang, depende sa mood ko. I do 50-60 mins treadmill a day and other workouts(abs,legs,arms)
i use @MyFitnessPal for tracking my calorie intake, @NTCprogress for workouts, + fastic for my fasting and steps app and pacer for counting my steps.
May 30, yesterday, last check ko ng weight ko 47.6 kgs. Andami kong pinagdaanan, distractions and temptations are everywhere. Di ko sinasabi na maganda na yung katawan ko pero malaki na naimprove niya, and i am happy and more confident than before🥰✊🏼
