CHINESE INTELLIGENCE LAW is the real danger to the whole world.

I am sharing some important information on how we can fight & understand #IndiaChinaFaceOff .

The risk of Chinese state control globally & in respect to India is not a matter of fiction, anymore!

China's National Intelligence Law came into effect in July, 2017.The communist party is always defending this law at international forums.

However,Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is seen with long & deep reach in telecommunication sector globally & particularly in respect to India

Now,what exactly is National Intelligence Law?

It gives Chinese authorities sweeping powers to monitor & investigate foreign & domestic individuals & institutions.

Something India must worry about.

This means verticals like governance,business & in post -COVID19 telemedicine

are at high risk & probably in deep cyber threat already. Situation is critical & GOI needs to see the intrusion of Chinese telecomm.into Indian cyber space on urgent basis.

This directly challenges our NATIONAL SECURITY APPARATUS.

especially targeting youngsters of Iinda to create civil unrest internally while defence forces engage into conflicts on border aiming to divert the attention of the world from India's rise.

China's Tech is real challenge for us as CCP is supporting& weaponising it at all cost.

Chinese tech & its deep reach in the country puts cyber security at huge risk & emerging technologies gives strategic inputs to CCP's trade deals,be it for BRI / other sectors.

Many speculations are under investigation of the 5G infrastructure which is arguably seen critical.

Chinese Networking is that undercurrent which deeply works into global geo-politics impacting its influence forcefully/ otherwise.China's economic ambitions are affecting the indigenous sectors of the country.

1. Support the cause Voice for LOCALS by ACTING for it.
2. Before buying any stuff, look for MADE IN (?)
3. Indian Telecom. sector need critical reforms, legally.

4. Cyber Task Force (CTF) is required to be appointed by GOI to meticulously see Social Media & other platforms on how CCP is spreading its ideology in the country.

5. Identifying the DEEP STATE working for Chinese benefit

6. Promote MAKE IN INDIA with more realistic approach

7. Powering the DOMESTIC Infrastructure in every verticals by EASE OF DOING BUSINESS, FAIRNESS IN TENDER ACQUISITION, Ease in recognition by concerned ministries.

8. Some amount of Defence Budget must be allocated in legal & Cyber domain aiming for Psychological Warfare.

There are many aspects to this but let us understand if we will not fight China now then never in future we would be able to counter them.
