I’m going to leave this up because the point remains accurate even as the context has changed. This beating was apparently provoked by an armed assault.

The force in question is built in for a reason. The fact that it is coherent makes it all the more dangerous when hijacked.

There is also an obvious question to be answered: why was the original clip edited to remove the beating from the provocation?
